Safeway Pharmacy — Local services in Potomac

Not recommended for vaccinations. I scheduled a Covid vaccine two weeks in advance. I arrived at my appointment time on time. There were two people checking in front of me for the exact same time. I noted to the pharmacist that I had a 10 AM appointment time and out of nowhere the pharmacist yelled at me. She said to me, just wait. I will get to you. there are several people in front of you. When I asked about the appointment time, she said there are 6 people for each of the same appt times. When I said that the website doesn’t say that and it seems a bit disingenuous, she turned hostile and said, “ if you have a problem, then call corporate”. Would not take back or replace a defective prescription. They said I have to contact the manufacturer (made in Israel) and they would replace the product. They will not do so, but offered $50 to replace a prescription that costs several times a much. I no longer trust...
