People are nice, but have had issues with products and support. Bought a mid range device from them and juice from them multiple times. When trying to purchase replacement coils was sold incorrect coils multiple times and now the tank leaks have contacted the store multiple times and am told they can do nothing unless a certain person is there. So I am expected to move my work schedule around to accommodate this one person that MIGHT be able to help. Even having done this and arriving at the shop at a time I was told they would be there that staff member left early for the day so I completely wasted my time. Staff is unable to contact management except on certain days and is unable to help resolve the issue. Went there on 3/13/23 and the employee was rude, hostile, and condescending. I asked if they took coupons, was ignored for like 30 second then when I asked again was snapped at and was asked sarcastically: "When do we not?".
