I had not been in this store for years & stopped in yesterday, 7/21, as I had purchased a new phone from Verizon & needed a little help with it. The gentleman behind the counter, Nate, was there by himself & helping a lady. He acknowledged me when I came in & said he would be with me as soon as possible. This is something that Victra could learn from. It has been my experience that most of their stores have employees who are busy with customers when I walk in. They never look up when a person enters & they never acknowledge a customers presence until after they have finished with their customer. This is insulting. The first rule of any successful business should be to greet customers when they walk in, it doesn't matter how busy you are or what you are doing. Then you should thank them for coming in when they leave, even if they haven't purchased anything. Read morebuyer beware. Staff is friendly and helpful until you have a problem (created by them). My experience is that they talked me into getting new phones by "adding new lines" which would then be suspended. The reality is, I now have 4 lines to pay for. The practice is deceptive - dishonest. I learned that the staff makes commission based on selling new equipment and they obviously figured out a way around the high cost of a cell phone - the consumer can purchase them at a discount with a new line. Fine and dandy, but the '"THE LINES WILL THEN BE SUSPENDED" was not approved by corporate and I now have 4 lines on a new 2 year agreement and a $350 cancellation fee for each of the 4 lines. BUYER BEWARE!
It is now a month later and Verizon still has not addressed this issue and still has not fixed the problem. The manager of the store has told me that it is out of his hands and is now at corporate. I had to drive to Poulsbo for that information as he never bother to call me back...

She tried to sell me everything in the store, upgrade this, change that, buy this tablet, and after 3 hours of helping 3-4 people at one time turning her back on me multiple times while I waited around halfway through my order I was told the phone was not in stock, she ordered the phone with out telling me. The order could not get canceled because it had already been put through. I went to the Silverdale store to try and get a phone but because this order was pending I could not get a new order until the phone arrives. NEVER GO TO GO WIRELESS.
