1. I was running late for my 4pm appointment, so I asked if I could come at 4:15. The first person said no, it would take 2 full hours, and they close at 6. Then the manager told me it would be no problem for me to get there a little late. They started at 4:20 and finished my car before 5:00, so it seemed like the guy who first told me it would take 2 hours just didn't want to work that day. 2) Afterwards, my receipt said "customer requested no inspection," but that's absolutely false. Again, it seemed like they didn't want to work and complete the services I had paid for. 3) I went back on Monday to say I definitely did want the inspection. The person in the office that day got defensive about how understaffed they are and acted like it's a big inconvenience for them to do the work I paid for. He also acted like I was being unreasonable for wanting the courtesy inspection.

Overall, it felt like 2 of the 3 employees who helped me thought it was an inconvenience to actually allow me to get a wheel alignment. I'm already concerned about how frequently women get brushed off and lied to in these settings, so I do not plan to return to...

Brought my car in for a right rear caliper failure. During service It was suggested I get an oil change and a coolant flush which I agreed to. Couple hours later the store called me to say a technician had damaged my radiator hose during the coolant flushing process.

Remember this was a separate issue that was suggested due to coolant pH levels. I had no issues with my radiator or cooling system prior to this suggested flush.

I was offered 10% off parts and ended up paying 292.80 for labor and 90.99 for parts due to damage that a technician inflicted on my vehicle.

This was in addition to the oil change and brake repairs. I had no problem paying the oil change and brake repairs but over 300 dollars in additional cost was added to my invoice for something that Firestone should have covered fully.

If you take your vehicle here they might break something and expect you to fully pay for it.

I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I went in to have a tire repaired on a recent Sunday morning. The shop wasn't opened yet but the manager, Jim, was inside and waved me in. He was friendly and welcoming asked me what I needed. He explained they were swamped with appointments and getting ready for the upcoming tire sale and it would take a few days to have the tire ready. I then mentioned to him I had a spare on the car already. Right away he said if I could leave the tire he could have it ready for me tomorrow. I did just that, and the next day went back once he called, and they put the tire on the car. The fee was incredibly reasonable, and not once to try to tell me there was anything wrong with the tire. I have been looking for a local tire center I could depend on to give me honest and truthful information about my vehicle. I will be back to Firestone.
