This place looks very fancy and people here are good at receiving. But their work is really bad and poor quality. I went to this salon a week back to get gel manicure. A lady there greeted me very well and started removing my previous gel color. During that process she cut my finger twice. Its so annoying!!! And i asked for a color from their matching tote and they said they don’t have colors what i asked for. Then why did they even bother to show them to clients if they don’t have stock. I ended up getting a color which is completely opposite of what i asked. And now I waited for a week to check check how long the color stays. Its surprising that it din last even a week. I’m leaving this review over 4 weeks after I got a gel manicure here specifically so that I can rave about the quality of my manicure. Not a single speck of nail polish has chipped off my nails, and the bottoms have only lifted the tiniest bit. I’ve never had a gel manicure last this long, and I’m so bummed I live on the other side of the country from this salon! My nail technician (I can’t remember her name) convinced me to upgrade to gel without being overbearing, and I’m so glad she did. Ive been going here regularly (4-6 weeks) for almost and a year and half and every single time visit I get the most phenomenal experience. Everyone there is so sweet and my lovely nail lady Amy always executes my eccentric designs. Ive referred multiple of my own clients to go visit and have taken family members and friends there on birthdays and special occasions. Even my boyfriend has come. Being in the beauty service industry myself it is very hard to find a reputable nail salon that follows state board rules and regulations and I can say these ladies here know their stuff.
