Family Dollar — Local services in Powder Springs

This store workers could careless if you buy anything or not. They were to busy on ear buds talking to friend. To one listening to her loud music from her cell phone. I don't know about anyone else but to me that's rude. Use of those should be on your lunch or break time. Can't ask them questions not even a thank you after making purchase. Just continued on personal call. Is this really what our world is coming to!!!!... I would rather order online than to enter that store ever again. On top of that they close earlier than most stores but don't go close to closing time because doors locked their ready to go!!.. Yet talks about another employee in front of me as if their doing any better?!. Manager needs to view tape and see what's happening in their store. It's...

When I arrived it was very welcoming and the store mgr/ clerk said welcome in. Let me know if you need anything. The store was very clean each aisle was very organized there was not any extra degree, or inventory on the floor everything was shelved nice and neatly, easy to access. There were no lines and customer service was great! Nice music playing in the background while shopping. I will return. Pleasant shopping experience.

I came to this dollar tree to return a blouse I bought at another dollar . I had the receipt and tags still on it the cashier who was working there refused to take it back . He said clothes items he can not take back. I bought the same shirt at that dollar tree a couple of months ago that’s why I was returning it. I called the dollar tree that I bought it at and she said that if I have the receipt I can return it at any dollar tree. I have tried calling the store to tell the employer abd he has the phone off the hook. He was black man with a strong accent. I had to ring the bell 3 times for him to come to the front of the store.
