If i could rate this company zero stars I would. I ordered shirts from my child’s school for spirit days. One of the shirts i received was incorrect. I reached out and was told the problem would be resolved and the correct shirt would be sent home with my child. Then multiple days later i receive an email stating that if i wanted the correct shirt, then i needed to drive to their store to do the exchange. This issue and mistake was on the company, and i believe i should not have to drive 30 minutes to the company to take care of a problem on there end. I believe it was outrageous to even ask the consumer who spent almost $50 to take their time away and gas to fix the issue. Guess from now on we will be making our own shirts for school spirit days because i will not order from this company again.

EDIT: The company asked me to send the incorrect shirt to school today (Monday) so they could do the exchange. Then my child came home with NO SHIRT. This company is so...

Carole and her crew are awesome! They're extremely easy to work with and their attention to detail is superb! They've customized t-shirts, visors, hats and hoodies and they're all top notch. The embroidery is as good as it gets and their product quality is as good as you need it to be. The turn around time and pricing is extremely reasonable. I'm glad I found them and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. If you need a company that's personal with great customer service and will cater to your needs, then One Of A Kind is the only place...

This store is such a delightful place! Truly a hidden gem. I use them for all of my personalization needs. I found them as the mom of high school athlete. Even when my daughter left for college, I would have towels, robes, and other items monogrammed and personalized. They offer a wide range of colors, fonts, and items you can buy in store. I have towels that are years old and have yet to unravel! The turn around time is fairly quick. I have never had any issues here. I will never go...
