Walgreens — Local services in Prairie du Chien

I need to make a slight retraction.... this morning the store manager called me to talk about the issue I described below. She apologized for Chelsey's behavior and really wanted to make the situation right. I appreciate her following up. I give her the 5 star rating.

The manager of the Pharmacy (Chelsey) is very rude. Try not to deal with her if you need assistance with your prescription. I was trying to explain a few things that happened at the pharmacy in my past dealings with Walgreens. She ended up hanging up on me. I called her back and asked why she hung up on me. She basically she said, "You can complain all day but I'm not going to listen." At the end of our 2nd conversation she actually asked if I'd like my prescription sent to a different pharmacy. To which I said yes, but i didn't want to deal with her anymore so I'm having my doctor switch pharmacies for me. Her customer service skills are lacking. She has an attitude. I won't go back to Walgreens pharmacy as long as Chelsey is the Pharmacy...

Would rate it less if I could…the reviews on your Page aren’t real people that actually had to deal with your service. The service is so slow they don’t keep prescriptions in the loop so you constantly have to call your provider…I’ve been hung up on multiple times and on numerous occasions….i also know of other people who have not posted reviews about this horrible service but have a lot to say and have sense switched…the pharmacist doesn’t seem too keen to watch her technicians if this is happening and will probably back up the behavior. I love how Walgreens pharmacy is talked up so much on commercials and ads but yet Walmart is out here with some of the best service I’ve ever had with any...

Be careful! Automated telephone prescription system is glitchy. Was told my prescription would be ready today, yet when I arrived at pharmacy to collect, the pharmacy had nothing in its records and was not able to fill the request. Pharmacists behind counter knew of this glitch and have tried reporting to Walgreens' higher-ups but they insist there is no problem with the automated system. Will look for...
