Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Prattville

The staff was very friendly and all the cashiers are direct and virtuous. I have gone to this store several times and not once has I seen what some other reviewers mentioned in their negative reviews about rude or mean associates.

I love how all the employees seem to have a smile on their face when they greet you specifically the funny cashier girl who is heavier set with long dark hair, can’t remember her name, and the lovely dark skinned wan who has helped me several times find the right sheets and pillow cases I have wanted, Betty, I believe her name was.

I have heard several employees laughing and being sweet to one another then turn right around and act the same with me. I’m overjoyed to have a place I can go and get such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Sometimes it’s a bit bogged down with items but you can find almost anything at this store. Just please remember it is a store that doesn’t order it’s own stock people. They offer us what they have and I’m grateful they do! They don’t always have what I’m looking for but they normally can tell me some places to go to find what I’m looking for which I appreciate!

The manager is cute and willing to work just as diligently as his employees and is always smiling when I have seen him. I have heard how he talks to his employees and I am overjoyed at such a wonderful manager being in the town I visit on vacation!

I have had a sweet cashier ask me to close my purse but when I asked her why she told me it was because she was concerned someone would reach into my purse. She was concerned about my things being stolen from me, not me stealing from them. I am thankful they have such kind employees who are willing to go the extra mile to actually care during this time when due to COVID-19 everyone is rude and inconsiderate everywhere else I go! Some other stores could stand to learn a lesson from them!!

They lost a HUGE carpet sale yesterday! We went trying to get carpet & padding to do our whole home along with new sheets and everything to get our home back fresh. We went to the front desk to ask for help getting rolls of carpet & the lady up front said that they couldn’t help us.. there was a sweet gentleman who worked there who offered to help us & she was rude as hell and said HE WAS NOT going back there to help that we could get it our self. How the hell did she think we were going to fit that huge rolls of carpet in those tiny biggies. She wasn’t even nice about the situation she was rude & nasty because we asked for help. Isn’t that what they are paid for? I’ve seen them helping people with carpet at other times I’ve been in there. We shop there often, but after her attitude yesterday we won’t go back. We went somewhere else and got everything we needed & we were GLAD to spend the extra money with someone else who was kind and helpful to us. Sad to see how yall lost out of a very good sale yesterday because y’all’s employees have nasty attitudes for no reason. Okay well nice parking area it's got a Dollar tree next door to it and it's all kind of other stores and shopping centers and food restaurants around the area so it's very convenient and nice and they'll always have good prices... Store it the store is clean and neat, the employees are very nice and helpful 😊 The department store has a range of items like they have guarding things patio furniture that have entertainment anywhere from a cord to TV speakers they have household items like pots and pans and dishes and silverware as an ends candy food healthcare from men and women they got separate infants boys and girls a toddlers adolescents juveniles or adults clothing games like board games or puzzles and stuff personal hygiene things and well it's that rubs and I just step her automobiles and it's just it's a wonderful store to visit so if you haven't ever been there how about game of try sincerely...
