Then lied to me they do to try and sell me another computer they told me the processor fan was not replaceable and that I would have to buy another motherboard so I might as well buy a new computer I am on disability and cannot afford to spend that kind of money they expected me to spend and then when I went to pick up my old computer from them that they had made I found that they had not even taking the cover off if they had they would have found that when they installed the fan on the processor it was not installed correctly it was only being held on by one pen so the computer was overheating because the fan was not pulled up tight against the processor and then they tried to charge me $40 for diagnosis how could they have diagnosed something when they told me it overheated before they could pull into diagnosis mode they did not even bother to look in the can therefore if I could give them a - 5 stars I would they lied to me and I consider it as bad as stealing from me I will not ever use them again nor do I suggest anyone...
