Today, 6-21-2024, around noon, I went to Kohl's to return items to Amazon. I found a Walmart cart in their parking lot which was great, it saved me from making 2 trips to my vehicle. There was one woman in the left side in customer who waited on me. I made a comment about how Amazon messes up refunds, so that's why I had a separate tracking number for each item, 9 in total. I wanted to make sure the correct tracking went with each box, a few times she had to rescan the QR code, so I was looking at where the label print out to make sure they weren't mixed up. She says to me, "is that the last one?" and I didn't respond right away and she raised her voice, snottily, "is that the last one?" (obviously, it was, there was nothing left in the cart) and I said yes. I then told her "sorry about all the separate items" and she said "I get paid either way". She then ordered me to remove the Walmart cart and I said I was planning on it. Why would I leave a big Walmart cart right in front of their tiny customer service desk? I think she needs to get another job. I'm tired of rude customer service people. I tried to be nice to her and what does she do? She treated me...

I got Christmas gifts for my family, unfortunately what I got my mother for Christmas did not fit and well she went to EXCHANGE for a different size!! All tags still intact and receipt was saved with my phone number. They sent her to customer service and let me just say, customer service was no help or assistance! My mom is a Spanish speaker and could not communicate well with them. So I came down to the store and spoke with Customer Service. They should all get a training lesson in customer service or change positions because they were all RUDE! And I blame the supervisor because she was the most rudest of them all! And let’s not say the attitude when I ask them if they could just give us store credit to buy a different product or clothing. I could go on and say the way they handled this . By the way I did not get a name because she would not give it to me. But that is fine. I hope this gets resolved because I can say for a fact I will never return to this store again.. Read moreBlack Friday shopping, Before covid the waiting line was so much worse. 3X-4X times as long before. This year the waiting in line to check out was 45 mins with the line going all the way wrapped around past customer service and bathroom area. It was definitely worth it though. Kohl's always has some of the best Black Friday sales. Online shopping now being more thorough for customers (meaning online has almost same as store options where it hasn't been prior.) Helped cut down waiting line. Don't get me wrong, I do love online shopping but some stuff you just need to be able to touch it, feel it, try it on prior to buying. Seeing it in person could be a game changer. Seen a pair of boots online that looked adorable, didn't like them once I saw them in person though. Kohl's always has a wide verify of options which I love. But unless you catch a good sale their prices are really high. $25-45 for basic T-shirts and $30-60 basic jeans minimal quality. Not prices I'd pay unless on sale for 60-75% off. Kohl's cash is awesome! A good incentive to keep ya coming back...
