Ordered furniture for our new home. Bed, loveseat, entertainment center and 2 end tables. 1 for the bedroom and one for the living room. Was told at time of delivery that living room end table was missing legs and they were waiting on these from the warehouse. I was told as soon as they came in, this would be delivered separately, free of charge. This was at the beginning of September. Called twice a month and was told the same thing, waiting on legs. First it was 4 weeks time frame. Then that went to 5 weeks. Then was told it would be 3-5 days. In the midst of this we placed another order for a computer desk and entertainment center pedestals. Received call stating they were waiting on computer desk. Then following week received call they were STILL waiting on legs for end table. Eventually talked to manager Pam and was told these “missing” legs were 3 weeks out. Just talked to Pam again today and was told this whole collection was discontinued and we would have to pick another end table. Now, I get stuff happens. But when the whole collection is discontinued and no one can even communicate that to the customer?? Especially management? You made me wait 5 MONTHS?? And no one could have said collection discontinued? And the best you can do is tell me I have to pick something else and you can take 20 percent off. When the only option you have currently in stock is WAYYY higher priced than what I had originally selected? I cancelled my order, I can go elsewhere for less drama and more truthfulness. Do not shop here! You will be waiting forever and lied...
Read moreWe bought a sectional a while ago and the quoted delivery date came and went. After that date my wife called and they added another 2-4 weeks! When my wife told them that that was upsetting, they called the Phoenix store and miraculously it came the next week! Yesterday she called to add an ottoman and were told they had it at the store. We drove 10 miles to the store and found it to be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, which wasn't explained in the call. We were told when they are closed in P.V. calls go to Phx.. How would we know when the P.V. store is closed their calls transfer to Phx! We called today and they said they had it, but when we arrived they said their inventory was wrong and they didn't have one, and it would be 2-4 weeks to get one. Phoenix store is 2 hours away if customer service was actually their "Top priority" ha! They could get it here much sooner. I asked to talk with a manager, but the manager was not at the store! They could have it up here in a day if they wanted to. The missing manager could have driven to Phx. during his disappearance! I asked if we could have the one on the showroom and they said they don't do that even though on their website a customer said they did that for them! There are other furniture stores in the quad city area, so I would recommend going to ANY one of them besides Pruitt's in ...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. I ordered new couch cushions a YEAR ago. I was told that it would only take one month and they messed up my order FOUR times. I never received a phone call to tell me there were issues with my order, I had to call in every single time. I tried to talk to an employee over the phone and she was rude. They kept trying to sell me only a portion of the cushions because they were waiting on one cushion. I told them repeatedly that I was not going to buy the cushions without the full set. When I went to pick up the cushions, the cushion that I had been waiting SIX months for, did not have the fabric on it and they had to re-order the fabric. When all of my order came in, we went in to pick them up and they tried to hand us the fabric in a separate package and not on the cushion. The employee was nice enough to put the fabric on, but it should have never been off of the cushion in the first place. There was absolutely no compensation for their mistakes and I still ended up paying full price. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
