Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alabama

I ordered my pizza at 5:00 pm and it said it would be delivered by 5:30pm by 5:50pm I had to call and see where our pizza was at and I was immediately placed on hold for 6 to 7 mins before I hung up and called again all for a girl to pick up the phone to finally answer my question and said they were awaiting a driver for our delivery and I said so when can we expect our pizza and she said well she didn't know and did I want her to go and ask someone and I replied yes 3 to 4 mins later she said the driver had just arrived and they would b bringing my pizza now and finally and 1hr and 35 mins later we finally received our pizza

Long story short if some calls in and you don't have anyone to deliver pick up the phone and let your customer know something so they can make a decision don't make them have to call you this is just bad customer service and we probably order pizza from this location every week or every 2 weeks not anymore

I am highly disappointed in pizza hut and the food was not even that good or worth all the trouble 😕

I will also make a point to inform others to not order from this location as well because of the bad customer service....I mean How hard is it to pick up the phone everyone has one in there...

I ordered my pizza's at 3:45 pm and at 4:11pm my order was on its way. At 5:45pm I still haven't gotten my pizza. I call the store that was delivering the pizza and they kept putting me on hold. When I did finally call back they had an answering machine to pick up on my calls and when I finally got a hold of somebody about an hour later the woman said that they was back up. Well remind you this way almost one hour and a half later after the pizza was on its way. So I cancelled the order and deleted my online pizza app. And I deleted everything Pizza Hut. I ordered pizza the day before this and never received that pizza either. This is in Mobile, Alabama Schillinger's Rd. I will with never ever buy from Pizza Hut again. And I am making a complaint with corporate about this. I've done so much business with Pizza Hut for the staff at this location to treat me the way they did. I would like to see the staff at this location terminated. They are not the right people to work in...

The person that help me tonight was so sweet. Her name was Emily according to the receipt. I called and actually got connect to the call center. Whoever at the call center never placed my order. I was runnint a little late to pick up the order I placed with the call center, so I called to let them know at the store. Emily did not see my order. It was 15 minutes until close and she still was as sweet as can be and told me she would make my order And that it’s no problem. I was so grateful because my kids had been waiting on this pizza and we had a late night with baseball practice. When I got to the store not only was she so kind and had my pizza ready but I also seen the person that she was as Saul house she treated her other coworkers. There was an elder man that works there and she was so sweet to him by giving him his delivery. I think Emily is absolutely awesome and completely deserves a raise Pizza Hut please promote this woman, she’s amazing! Thank...
