This location is in desperate need of new management! I say that because customer service is nonexistent. Multiple customers came in while I was in the store and not once did anyone bother to come out from the back to greet anyone or offer any assistance. There is a very loud bell that goes off every time the door opens, so they knew customers were coming in and out. If someone wanted to try on clothes or actually buy something, they had to get their attention in the back room to get help. Honestly, someone could have stuffed their bag full of clothes and walked out and they probably wouldn't have know it happened. One lady came to the counter and got one of the employees to come help her. In the middle of the transaction the other employee came out from the back room and interrupted her to show her something on her phone! The employee paused what she was doing to look at the phone, then laugh and talked about whatever it was instead of finishing up with the customer first.
