This Taco Bell is subpar in almost all ways. Bad attitudes, 20 minute drive through lines, the feeling of being a bother when asking to change anything with your order if you don't want the meal as it comes. Tonight was the night that decided I won't ever go back to this one again. I get that's it New Year's Eve, but my family wanted something to snack on while we waited for the ball to drop. So I packed myself into the car and went to taco bell, simply because it was one of the few choices still open. I get there at about 920. And I sit in the drive thru. With about 6 cars in front of me. The guy immediately in front of me asks if I can back up so he can leave. And that should have been my sign. Then I pull up after he leaves and I'm the next one in line for the box and I have about 35 minutes to spare before they close. I didn't move. Not one car moved until 10 pm. Coincidence? I get to the box and the guy asks if I have a mobile order. I didn't. He then tells me their closed. Which I naturally tell him I've been here since well before closing and he again tells me "yeah we're closed" and right as he tells me that I get boxed in from behind for some other poor soul to be told the same thing. I was stuck in that line for over 45 minutes. And was told to stick in where the sun doesn't shine solely because the workers at this taco bell couldn't be bothered to work for 35 minutes? Yeah, no. Never again. Taco bell isn't even that good. This service and this taco bell made sure I'm not even going to...
Read moreI'm done ordering from this Taco Bell! They can never seem to make the food right. You can tell they really don't care how they make people's food. I ordered a chalupa cravings box (was free) and 2 grilled cheese burritos. The chalupa shell was old and tough to chew, had no lettuce and barely any tomatoes or cheese. The "crunchy" taco shell was stale, but had plenty of meat and toppings. The beefy 5-layer burrito was wrapped so that the beef and beans were at the top and the sour cream and cheese were at the bottom (or vise versa) and the meat and tortilla made it look like a cinnamon roll because of how they rolled it. The "grilled cheese" burritos had cold cheese thrown on top then wrapped up to try and melt the cheese, which was a complete failure....smh. The only thing that was decent was the cinnamon twists. This is not even close to the first time they have completely failed to correctly make my food, or even make it fresh. I think I'll just stick with the...
Read moreHonestly it's Hit or Miss depending on who's doing the cooking. I don't go often but when I do I get the breakfast crunch wrap or quesadillas. If these are either
-not cooked long enough in order to melt the cheese all the way -too much sauce It can pretty much ruin it
unfortunately you don't realize until after you've already started eating it that there's cold unmelted cheese in the middle or there's soo much sauce that it drips out with each bite. I can't help but to think of the caulking gun and the click it makes as the handle is pulled, it's at this point I realize I'm not hungry enough to continue eating it. However when it's correct proportions it's amazing. Just depends. If you don't get these items your...
