Definitely not worth the risk going here for a lifetime, it could have killed me. I got really sick and called them to calmly and respectfully report a potential foodborne illness from their Pho Special. I wanted to at least let them know in the case it could prevent anyone else's suffering. I was instead met with the staff being terrible to me and only caring about their own self preservation, putting me on hold without notice mid conversation and ignoring me in another language, only to finally hang up on me after disregarding me.
I got takeout on Monday evening 11/25 @ 4:05 PM and very likely got food poisoning from it since it was my first meal of the day (16 hours since my last meal after intermittent fasting, I had absolutely nothing else to eat before and after) and the sickness came on violently within a few hours. It was a terrible experience for 6 hours with writhing pain. It saddens me having been a relatively regular customer here, but the indicators point to it being 99% chance that it was food poisoning from a medical diagnosis. The last thing I would want to post about to a resturaunt is this if there's even a chance it wasn't food poisoning, but the circumstances and medical evaluation point in all likelihood to it. Regardless, given their demeanor, it is clear they don't care enough about their customers for it to matter anymore. I no...

My wife and I love pho so we were very excited for this restaurant to open in our county. We finally went yesterday, and were very disappointed. The quality of the food and service was not worth the price.
When we arrived around 4PM, we were the only customers there. This led to very fast service initially. We ordered the fresh spring rolls which were good but much smaller than comparable options at other restaurants. For our main entree we both ordered the combination pho which contained everything (steak, meatballs, tripe, tendon). The food came out very quickly with one shareable plate of bean sprouts, jalapeno slices, and basil. Unfortunately the $16 pho barely had any flavor. The quantity and quality of the non-broth/noodle ingredients in the pho were very disappointing. The noodles were soggy as if they were sitting in the broth too long, and the steak somehow tasted dry. Overall it was just not very good. To top it off, by the time we were eating they got a lot more customers and our empty water glasses were neglected for the majority...

Overall: Food: Pho-kn Fantastic; MY ORDER.....10. Beef Pho and Summer Rolls People: Pho-nominal Atmosphere: Casual Modern and most important...Clean. With the colors in that place not sure how they would hide any dirt. LOL
Limitations: They just opened, so they don't have a full menu just yet, BUT I can't wait to try their other offerings!
So why the 4 stars? I comes down to options. This is not your typical Pho joint and there are a couple things that most people care about that I don't really find too bothersome. I'll be eating it again regardless of the cons below...this place is Pho-kn good! (ok....no more Pho puns...Promise!)
Pros: Summer Rolls - Peanut Sauce was on point! Pho - Broth was rich and flavorful!
Cons: Pho: One size does not fit all....no options in order size. Most Pho joints I have been to give you an option to order small or large....granted both sizes are usually pretty large in MPO...and I always order the large no matter what.
Price is a little steep, quality of broth covers down on that fact though, as I don't mind paying the extra $$ for a quality Pho.
Summer Rolls - a bit on...
