I’ll start by saying , DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER SOMETHING ONLINE THROUGH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY Chairs uneven (rocky), as shown in video,non complete order(missing bench), disrespectful staff at Princeton Wv location,unable to take accountability, and the table is damaged, as shown in pictures, also very untimely delivery and still have not received the bench! My family an I ordered a dining set and doing so ordered the 5 piece Ashley table plain but nice on the eye ! First an for most I received the order 6 weeks later then quoted and in contract ! Secondly the table came damaged I’ll be sure to drop the pictures here so you all can see, also this table did not make it to me complete instead it showed up partial. And being a patient man I showed respect and complete understanding because it was the holidays. It was missing the 5th piece a bench. But instead of getting respected and understood I got told that’s what I ordered! I said no mam your wrong I have the original contract, at that time sent copies to the staff member trying to tell me I got what I ordered! At that point I got told oh wow, no apology no explanation as to why it was sent to me partial! Only a excuse of you ordered it online it comes from an outside vendor blah blah blah blah complete scripted material to use when something goes wrong! Take responsibility for your company’s actions. And offer a apology of any sort to the concerned customer! And instead of any kind of apology got told to be quiet so that she could speak (Stacy-Stacie) however it’s spelled at the Princeton wv store location. I hope this review makes its way to corporate headquarters desk !! And you reach out to apologize for your stores actions and the actions of your supposedly store manager at this location in Princeton wv! Complete and udder disrespect from (Stacy).. I don’t know where you as a company where coming from hiring such a lil punk to run this location. I genuinely was concerned sense it’s been another month going on 2 as to where my bench for said table was and if I was to be compensated for the damaged table! Better figure this situation out because the last I checked the customer is always right & everyone in general should be treated with respect . I’m no dog and take no orders from somebody behind a phone and desk ! DO BETTER AARONS ! And buyer beware they goof up which everyone does but the problem is accountability and fixing it in a timely manner ! So if your looking to buy from Aaron’s I’d highly suggest buying from a better location then run down disrespectful and incompetent Princeton...
Read moreRecently visited this Aaron’s in a moment of small crisis. Driving from North Carolina to Indiana my phone suddenly stopped working and I was stuck in this town that I had no idea how to navigate, and I had struck out finding a paper map at a few gas stations. Finally I saw an Aaron’s and remembered buying a computer at one in Indiana years ago and stopped in to see if they sold GPS units too to get me home. The woman with blonde dreadlocked (I think) hair was very apologetic and concerned for me and took time to go grab her phone and show me on her maps how to get to the Walmart on the other side of town. She wished me well and I was able to find it based on her directions easily. It was a real Miracle on 34th St moment, she knew her store didn’t have it but to be helpful she told me exactly how to find it and helped me find my way home. I might still be circling the mountains if it weren’t for her. I’ll probably never be back in the area to buy from her directly, but I really hope someone reads this and gets a full house load of furniture from her!...
Read moreHorrible customer service, suppose to had couch and love seat delivered, had to call and see what time cause they didn't even tell us. Two hours passed our delivery time they never called we called them and we even asked we know its snowing will it be delivered cause we understand if it didn't just didn't wanna wait around. They said it would be here. 10:30 at night we called and they some how just got cell service at that time saying we arent gonna make it.... They finally called next day saying it would be a another week until they would bring our stuff. So we lost our delivery time cause of a mess up at the store which put them behind. I called and said that's not fair and they said they only delivery to McDowell county once a week. We dont live in McDowell county.... The woman on the phone got a attitude saying she didn't work that day and when I asked if there was a manager she loved saying she was the manager but when it was time to make things right she didn't want to...
