I was so excited reading the positive reviews…my experience was the opposite! I booked an appointment for my daughter last night (got the confirmation email at 7:59 to be exact) it was for 11:30 today, we got there at 11:20. There was someone walking in at the same time as us for a walk in piercing, no biggie again we were early. There was only one girl working she went to get me started on my paperwork when I realized my ID was in my car, I ran out and was back in less than a minute, she was doing the other piercing. By the time she finished there was a line of people waiting to check out, I was completely ignored as she tended to them, the last person in line was a WALK IN for THREE piercings! She checked them in then finally acknowledged me, I reminded her of my 11:30 appointment (it was now 12!) she preceded to tell me that she had the walk ins before me, I was confused being that I made an appointment…she tried to tell me that I made the appointment “too close to the scheduled time” when I told her that I made it last night she told me there was nothing she could do, that it only showed in their system “like 20 minutes ago”. I had already waited all that time and could not wait for another three piercings and line to go by, my daughter is 18 months there was no way but this employee couldn’t care less. I get being understaffed and I was patient but that...

Store manager here! Unfortunately our phone has shaky access, so most common questions answered here:

You must be 18 with a valid ID to be pierced. If you are under 18, you need a PARENT OR GUARDIAN WITH YOU. We can’t take approval over the phone, they need to physically also be in the building.

For nose & cartilage under 18/over 13, you ALSO need your OWN GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. School IDs are not eligible.

You do not need to make an appointment but can on the Claire’s website!

We start piercing around 3 months or whenever they’ve had their TDAP vaccine!

If you do call and our phone is cutting out, it’s unfortunately us and not you.

We were pretty excited about this new location opening. My adult daughter and I came in to get our ears pierced. I let Christina know I was getting an old piercing done to correct the crooked piercing. Well she held the gun at an angle and pierced my ear crooked. She denied it was crooked and her coworker Stormy confirmed it was indeed crooked. I was not given an apology and told to come back in 24 hours with the same earing to get it fixed. I came in tonight and was told by two different employees on shift they couldn't fix it without my pink slip. I'm just dissapointed and making customers aware so this doesn't happen to...
