Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Prosper

I stop in at this Chick-fil-A all of the time via the drive-thru, but today decided to stop in to eat inside since I had some time to kill.

Chick-fil-A for the most part has a pretty consistent look across the stores. I have found that each location has a slightly different spin on some of the small tweaks. Red accent color, rustic woods. This location was very much in line with the others. The bathroom was well laid out, had red Penny tiles behind the mirrors, small silver metallic tiles as backsplash in the order area. Tall wainscoting with a darker wood stain.

The customer service here is always top notch. Very friendly staff who go out of the way to be accommodating.

I ordered chicken nuggets and the waffle fries, delicious as always.

Restaurant was clean and well maintained. I did notice a motion activated trash receptacle that didn't really work all that great.

There are several things that Chick-fil-A does well which is customer service and good food.

I certainly might not agree with the owners political views and philanthropy dollar recipients, I know there are a lot of people who refuse to go to Chick-fil-A for those reasons, I try to see the broader picture in this instance. Besides, it's...

I don’t like writing google reviews, but I just had to for this franchise. I came in and it was the usual hang out with my friends last Saturday, and this girl named Rya, I couldn’t catch her last name. But I couldn’t stop thinking about her all week. She came over and handed us our food and I thought that was the end of it, but she came over all the time asking if we needed a refill, if she could take any trash, and I saw her working her behind of wiping tables. She just had the best attitude and having a smile on her face, she looked to be a teenager and most teenagers are not that happy or good with customer service. I even offered to tip her and she refused saying this is just what I like to do, to help others. This young woman has a heart of gold and she has to be a manager or something because never in all my years of living have I ever met someone so kind in a fast food establishment. I really hope this young woman gets the recognition she deserves! She also told me the have a blessed day which I thought was so kind I can barley get a good day from most in her line of work. If everyone worked like her chick-fil-a would be 100x better, if you’re reading this god bless...

It Took Me 10 Minutes To Get To This Location, I Arrived At 9:57 P.M. There Was 2 Girls Still Standing There With Their Tablets Out, Just To Tell Me That They’re Closed, I Explained To Her No Way Y’allll Are Closed 3 Minutes Early. I Asked For Her Name & Manager, She Got On The Headphones Fast And Told The Manager She Said They Were Still Open But I Still Wanted To Talk To Her, SHE COMPLETELY LIED IN NY FACE AND THEN LIED TO THE MANAGER. The Manager Told Me To Drive Through The Drive Thru To The Window, I Got To The Window, The Manager Showed No Mercy Or Interest But Told Me I Could Still Place My Order, WHO’s Going To Want To Place Their Order After Y’allll Turned Me Down And Showed No Mercy, They Didn’t Give Me No Names Of The Managers Or The Girl Who Completely Lied To My Face. I Don’t Appreciate NONE Of This At All. And I Will Be Calling Corporate, It’s People Who Drive All The Way To You, QUIT Trying To Close Early And It Won’t Be A Issue, And If Y’allll Were Closed????
