Reza's Rug — Local services in Prosper

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Reza's. It is a small business that has been in their family for about 150 years, so you know the quality of your product is being backed by their family's high standards.

What stood out to us in our shopping experience was:

Daniel, one of the owners, greeted us immediately, asking us what we were looking for (size/patterns/colors/pile) as well as what our price range was. He was very respectful of our wishes and showed us several options. He did not try to upsell us and was happy to show us options within our requests.

When we narrowed down, Daniel was kind enough to allow us to take a couple samples home to see them in our home - an experience you never get with other rug sellers!

We knew immediately with the samples which one we wanted, and we are absolutely in love with our new rug. It is soft, vibrant, and made of high quality materials. Will attach a photo of our final choice and the samples we tried.

I had a wonderful experience with Reza's Rugs. I had been wanting to change my entryway runner for a long time and had finally decided on one with turquoise highlights. I had ordered or purchased a total of 7 rugs that did not work and had to be returned. I bought one at the Prosper Reza's. It was beautiful but it still wasn't the color I wanted. I was able to return it with no problem.

The owner suggested I try the Plano store, which I did and it just so happened that he was at the Plano store that day filling in for someone. They had so many beautiful rugs but none with turquoise. The owner remembered me from the visit at the Prosper store and reminded me that sometimes other colors could compliment and pull everything together, so I bought one and brought it home with me. I LOVE it. It is of very good quality and so soft. Every time I walk on it, I smile.

I had the opportunity to visit Reza Rug Store, and I was truly amazed by their incredible collection of rugs. The variety and quality of their selection made me feel inspired about how these rugs could transform the way we live in our homes. The service provided was exceptional. The staff took the time to explain the quality of the rugs in detail and even demonstrated how each rug would fit in different areas of the home such as the living room, bedroom, dining area, and office.
