Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Proviso Township

Go elsewhere. My boyfriend ordered me an ice cream cake for my birthday from this Baskin Robbins yesterday and he was told it would be ready for pick-up at 5pm today. Fast forward to today, which is my birthday. He arrives to pick up the cake and absolutely no one has made the cake or even has any documentation of their own that it had been ordered. He showed them the receipt and was told to try to find an already made cake they had. When none of those were a cake he wanted he was told he'd have to come back to the store in an hour for a refund. En este establecimiento siempre hay problemas, cuando no es una cosa es la otra. Son unos vagos y también unos irresponsables. Nunca saben, nunca entienden...ect . Hoy mandé a mi sobrino a comprarme un Sundae de Piña, pues no tenían Piña desde hace tiempo. Pues les queda strawberry y chocolate fudge. Le digo a la mujer pues dámelo de strawberry pie el hombre que estaba atendiendo dijo que no sabía que era eso. Y cuando llega mi sobrino llega con dos boesrobya se pasó de la raya.las de ice cream de vainilla whipping cream y una cherry y ya y le cobro a mi sobrino el precio de un sundae con todo.

In this establishment there are always problems, when it is not one thing it is another. They are lazy and also irresponsible. They never know, they never understand...ect . Today I sent my nephew to buy me a Pineapple Sundae, since they hadn't had a Pineapple for a long time. Well, they have strawberry and chocolate fudge left. I tell the woman, give me some strawberry pie, the man who was attending said he didn't know what that was. And when my nephew arrives he arrives with two boesrobya, he went over the line. Icecream was all melted he had to use a cup since it was too melted for a cone. Also, TINY LITTLE SCOOPS are that expensive? They barley speak english so they cant really understand what you are asking for. Not worth the money. Terrible location, will...
