I came in to buy some Bedhead shampoo and initially I was going to be in and out. However, I was blown away by the AMAZING customer service I received from Jacky. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Her product knowledge was excellent.She recommended several other products that I wouldn’t have even thought to check out. It was also a nice surprise that she was bilingual! Being in retail myself, I know the struggles that can be faced with being in a social setting daily, so it was very refreshing to see such a positive & charming young lady. I usually call and ask if they have the products that I'm looking for. This is a small store, and not everything is always in. Depending on who is in, they might help you. My only complaint is, that the employees usually look like they rolled out of bed and went straight to work. They are usually dressed in leggings, sweatshirts, and the hair is not brushed.
