Board of Provo has the most comprehensive inventory in Skateboard & Snowboards that I have ever seen! The selection is truly overwhelming (in a good way). My son & I spend a full hour just browsing around. The staff is very informed but not annoying or pushy. They stock dozens of the best brands with the coolest artwork, namely Never Summer, Lib Tech, Ride, Burton, GNU, K2, Rossignol, & many others. Set in the heart of Provo and open until 8pm, it’s a great place to stop by on the way to one of the hundreds of great restaurants walkable in downtown Provo, Utah. The snowboards were marked down which is normal since it’s September. I will most likely be purchasing my next snowboard from Board of Provo. They also have a giant selection of gear, hats, gloves, boots, coats, pants, goggles, helmets, socks, liners, and everything you might need. Great selection of skate shoes as well as rad decks from Girl, Chocolate, Death Wish, Baker, & Toy Machine. Hundreds of trucks to choose from, an assortment of wheels varying in softness. Lots of bearings to choose from. Did I mention Longboards? They carry dozens of them, all different shapes & sizes & a customization station to build out anything you can dream up, regardless of you preference. Believe me, if you are serious about board sports, you need only stop here. You will not be disappointed and most likely will be able to find anything you are looking for in stock. I am certain they order in as well if you cannot find something fitting from such a vast selection. The prices are relatively high, but they do markdown often, especially on the snowboards. The shop is suitable for all levels from the freshest poser to the most seasoned pro. I fully endorse this shop as perhaps the best & most comprehensive shred shop in the USA if not the entire world. Plan to spend some time here, it’ll suck...

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. A buddy and I walked into the store at 8:55 knowing that the store closed at 9 as it is posted on the front door. We wanted to see what they had and if they had cool stuff we would either make a quick purchase or come back later. We had no intention of staying past closing time as I have worked at places late and know how annoying it can be if someone stays past closing time.

We walk in and the person working there said, "you know what guys we are closed". I said "I am sorry I thought you guys were open until 9 because that is what the front door says." He said, " yeah but it is already 9 check your phone." I pulled out my phone to look and make sure that I was not in the wrong and then showed him that it was only 8:57. This is not the part that made me never want to walk in this store again because, although I have never seen a store kick out customers that were willing to purchase before they closed because they want to go home early, I can understand where he is coming from.

So I said "alright I get you want to get home we will leave." Then he said in an extremely demeaning tone, "yeah I worked 11 hours today while you guys were just eating dinner". This pushed me over the edge because he acted like I, his target demographic customer, was a spoiled, lazy kid. I had gone to school in the morning for several hours and then worked a 9 hour shift at my professional, demanding job. The attitude that he had towards a willing customer was extremely arrogant and really stupid because he lost a customer who is in the market for a new board.

I would not recommend that anyone purchase from them. They are rude and kind of dumb. I mean who kicks out customers that would spend a decent amount of money because they want to close early. That is not the way to...
