The Bombay House provided me with a dining experience that was truly wonderful. The restaurant achieves a relaxing ambulance of light, color, taste, comfort and sound that few restaurants achieve. When you enter, the decor is tasteful and welcoming. The color schema was well thought out and adds a layer of atmosphere not often obtained. The furnishings are comfortable, sturdy, clean and not cluttered. The lighting is appropriate throughout with spotlights on the tasteful and well chosen art pieces adorning the walls and shelves. Now let's talk about the sound system. Never before have I commented on the sound system in a restaurant, until tonight. The Yamaha sound platform chosen by the ownership provides a rich, enjoyable sound backdrop for your meal. I could not see the speaker type obviously. I will postulate that given the choice of the Yamaha system, the speakers are of a perfect quality and specification match and it is evidenced by powerful and clear low level ambient music. These acoustics add even more to a strong experience. Now the food. I think you know where this is going. Anything less than top shelf excellent would be a disappointment, given all the outstanding things above. Bombay House did not disappoint! The ownership is present in the dining room and has an attentive eye to detail (much appreciated and absent in a lot of restaurants). My meal was prepared perfectly, seasoned well, served hot and pleasingly presented. The Indian Chai tea was spot on. It was hard to choose from such an advanced menu. You will find the choices to satisfy any palate. Again, what a wonderful menu. For dessert I had pistachio kalfi and the gulab Jamon, both executed to perfection. The proper use of honey and rose water hit the perfect note in the gulab Jamon. All in all I was so very impressed with Bombay House. Well done to the staff, management and ownership as your pride in doing things correctly shines...

Bombay House in Provo has exceeded our expectations. My husband and I have never been to an Indian Restaurant before and I have been wanting to try something different. So Yesterday as we were in town we said let's be adventurous and try this place. They don't open until 4pm and we had gotten there just as they opened the doors. The wait Staff was very nice, professional, and helpful when we came to asking for help and recommendations. We had told them we had never been before and they were extremely helpful.

We ordered the Assorted snack (Pictured) As an appetizer and it was so amazing to be able to try everything at once. My husband ordered the Chicken Makhani (like butter Chicken) and I ordered the Chicken Briyani (Spice level-Hot) it was so good, I loved it! We ordered 2 orders of Garlic Naan for our meals as well. For Drinks my husband had the Indian Coffee (Pictured)and he said it was the best coffee he had! I had the Bombay Lime, (Pictured) it was light refreshing with mint and lime w sparkling soda. It was so good! We were so full from our meals, we didn't get a chance to try out any desserts but maybe next time we will.

I do have to give a huge round of applause for our Server CAESAR. He was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a very long day, with 7 hours of driving and a funeral so we were very tired and drained. He had a smile on his face and seemed to enjoy his job and seemed very happy which also made us very happy and relaxed. You could feel his energy and that of his co-workers and it was an overall exceptionally wonderful experience. We will definitely be going back because of this server and of course The amazing food and atmosphere! This place has exceeded our expectations as far as Indian food and service, I cannot sing its praises enough! If you haven't been you definitely need to...

My husband and I found out why Bombay House was so busy on a Friday night once we sat down and ate our food. When we got there- we probably waited around an hour or so from being put on the wait-list to ordering and then eating our dinner. The customer service was mid. It would have been nice to have someone at the front desk the whole time. Staff would run around the restaurant helping people and wouldn't even look at those at the front desk to at least say that someone would be with them shortly. Maybe they were understaffed? It took a while to have a waiter help us. However they were pretty good at filling up our water which was great. We ordered the Chicken Tiki Masala and Bollywood Chicken with Garlic naan bread as well as a Mango Lemonade (which tasted like liquid mango). Both dishes came with the most amazing rice we had ever tasted. We couldn't stop enjoying the food!! Even though customer service was okay we would come back again because the food 100% makes up for it. 10/10 recommend!
