Absolutely the best Japanese store here!! We are so happy to see it opened. This reminds us when we lived in Iwakuni Japan for 2 years. We love the culture so much. Japan taught us a lot about their culture. It is one of the more humbling place. Kindness, respect for others. Furthermore, a person I know is the one who found this place, when he was looking for PokĆ©mon cards at Target and they didnāt have it there because it was a Sunday so he decides he would go into this place was anchored as well as, ACE Hardware. So he goes next door and it was opened.šguys, there are so much more to see! I took lots of good pictures⦠I was so excited! ššthere are no Pokemon cards if you are into thatā¦šbut they do have plenty of Japanese snacks and food, noodles, bento boxes, arts and crafts. Small containers, soy sauce, chopsticks and bowls, stuff animals for the kids, and I think they have some small selections for camping and some Minnie space heaters? And chairs and sleeping bags. Last, I like to thank the one employee who worked there she was such a delightful person who helped me with answering some questions. Need I remind you I am new in town. šso it was so nice of her. Very kind and thoughtful person. Lastly, this place is the perfect spot for Utah.we love it!! And you guys will too. Try new things guys, and explore the Asian food and culture. We love all Asian food. Go check them out and support your local...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen to this location twice already and both times I have been a happy customer from start to finish. They have some fairly priced items if you're into the Japanese aesthetic. Everything from bowls for soups and rice. To a variety of chopsticks for both eating with and cooking. The stationary is a good selection. They even have stuff for a cat like toys, scratchers, beds, even food bowls. I ended up getting some of their camping/outdoor offerings. The customer service was pleasant and helpful. When I entered the store, I was welcomed in multiple times, it felt like a little slice of Japan in Provo. Checking out was simple, I was able to pay with Apple Pay. Only warning I will say is, know what you're buying since their store policy is no returns or refunds. I don't know about exchanges, but other than that I have had a real nice time and will visit again...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey have the exact same brands and products I enjoyed in Japan, including porcelain ceramics made in Japan for $8. Classic Japanese stationary and gift bag sections, imported snacks and teas. Feels like a Japanese homegoods with a hint of Lawsen or FamilyMart. Great quality home items. Worth noting Daiso is an actual Japanese company with stores throughout Japan...
