Had my automatic Breitlings serviced and another fully disassembled & polished. So glad I met Rob. It's great having someone that really knows and appreciates watches taking care of my collection in person without having to ship out across the country.

This review is somewhat belated. Was sad / surprised to see a couple people recently posted negative reviews I feel are very unfair, so I’m posting my own experience now. Rob & Melanie are the amongst the nicest people I’ve met since moving to Utah. Not ruling out that someone may have had a bad experience with a previous manager or employee but this is my experience.

Rob is kinda quiet and very thoughtful (which is a quality) and Melanie is very knowledgable, friendly and always pleasant whether you are actually shopping or just dropping something off. I didn’t buy anything the first 5 or 6 times I went in the shop but they were both always very welcoming.

I hadn’t shopped for jewelry in person in a couple years due to covid but I know their prices are very competitive even with online retailers. Just bought a pair of diamond earrings for Mother’s Day and I know I got a good deal.

I broke the crystal on my 30-year-old Citizen watch that Citizen said they couldn’t get the parts to repair it. I took it to Jared’s, and they referred me to Mullett-Hoover and said Rob was the guy to fix my watch. When I walked into their store, I was greeted by Melanie who was super friendly and got Rob to help me. When I showed him my watch he said no problem. If he didn’t have the part, he could get one or have one made for it. He said $65 to $75 and 1 to 2 weeks. His confidence made feel good about leaving it and I was so excited he could fix it. He called 3 days later and said that it was ready to pick up. When I got there, he had it all fixed, he had replaced a few pins in it, replaced the gasket, made sure the battery was good, cleaned it, and tested it for being waterproof. It looked like a new watch. $85 (for all the extras) later I had my watch back and a new jeweler. Rob and Melanie are great people and wonderful to work with. I will definitely...

I remember being little and my grandparents bringing in their watches, jewelry, and grandfather clocks in to be worked here. So when my ring needed to be cleaned and polished for the first time, I brought it here. They did it for free when they didn't need to and have always remembered me and my ring. When I noticed the prong on my ring was cracked last week, I brought it in. The woman called a few days ago to say she felt bad because they needed to remove the opals so they wouldn't get damaged which would take longer, so she gave me a discount. I appreciate that even though she was protecting the stones and doing quality work, she wanted to give me a discount. This is on top of them having low and fair prices. For multiple decades they did quality work for my grandparents, so I appreciate knowing that I can always bring my jewelry here and be assured that it'll be done with care and consideration, while also at...
