If you want to go dance Salsa, Bachata, or Merengue in the Provo/Orem area, this is the only place to go within a 40 mile radius. They’re open every Thursday night until 1am or 2am. They have instructional dance for whomever wants to participate from 9pm to 10pm before opening the floor. Usually, there are no live bands, but the music is good, the vibe is right, and there are some legitimately amazing dancers that frequent this place. Door charge is about $10-$15.
It is important to note that because this is a college town full of members from the LDS church, no alcohol is served. Also attendants’ ages usually range from 18 to 50 years old (the majority of people are in their 20’s- 30’s). I’m 30 and there are no shortage of 20-30 year old women who frequent this place. The ethnic majority is Latino.
