Staples — Local services in Provo

I had an appointment set for TSA Precheck and I was unable to make it for the time I had scheduled it for, I had called staples and spoke to the person working who told me to come in earlier than my appointment and that walk-ins are welcome and on the TSA website it says walk ins are welcome, I walked in, waited in line, no one was behind me or waiting and when I was asked what my name was I was told that I’d have to wait for my appointment or cancel because there was 36 people who were coming in, even though the process took the girl in front of me 5 mins, when I asked if I could quickly do it, I was turned down, and rather frustrated because I drove all the way from Salt Lake City for this. I am not okay with there being a walk in option that is available when it is in fact not, and that when there was nobody waiting behind me that the process couldn’t be done quickly....

Outstanding customer service.

I purchased a new office chair from this location, along with the square trade warranty. They were very helpful and even assisted loading into my car. I found the chair was too tall for me and didn't fit under my desk. When I brought it back the exchange for another chair was just as easy and helpful. A week later this new chair didn't have the back support I needed. So I brought it back again, no only were they understanding but they gave me a full refund.

My back being hard to buy chairs for is not something they could help. But throughout this whole process and 3 different store associates I was given tremendous...

My husband and I both own small businesses in provo. We shop at staples all the time, And we are constantly impressed with the high level of customer service that we receive. The prices always seem to be good and they even have even price matched for us on a couple of occasions. The store has put a lot of effort in over the last few years to be better laid out, nicer inside, and much nicer on the outside/parking area as well. I also noticed that the shopping center has a security presence who Seem to prevent the local homeless population from causing any trouble like they used to.
