This is by far the worst KFC I have ever been to. On one occasion this KFC was out of chicken and unable to fill my order. I am not talking just none made at the time. No they were OUT of chicken, as in no chicken in the restaurant. (They were waiting to get some from the Orem store to be able to fill orders.) It is a CHICKEN restaurant for goodness sakes. When I place an order, I order no wings, on two separate occasions they included wings in my order. They are usually pretty slow and on three particular times they were very slow.
My experience tonight was the worst experience I have had though. Waited 10 mins to be able to place my order (only 3 people in line). Waited 20-25 mins to receive food. I ordered no wings. Order taker asked what I wanted in substitution which I told her. When I picked up order, I asked order packer if they remembered to include no wings. He indicated that he did not see that on the order. At this point he pulled chicken bucket out of bag, brought bucket to back, and began to transfer chicken to another bucket, assumedly exchanging wings for other pieces. When I got back home there were only 13 pieces of chicken on a 16 piece dinner meal order. All the breading had been knocked off of chicken from so much extra handling. I allowed my children to begin eating food that was there and drove back up to restaurant. I asked to speak to manager and had to wait around 3-5 minutes for manager to complete an order and come over to me. I informed him of issue at which point he apologized and offered me a chocolate cake. I informed him that I was not interested in a chocolate cake but needed to be able to feed my family. He offered me 6 pieces of chicken to replace the 3 that were missing. He prepared it and I left with it.

Read moreI went here for my dinner break tonight while I was at work. I needed fast food because I do not get very long for my break. When I walked in there was no one in front of me. I ordered my food and had a seat. I started seeing more people coming in and still waited for my food. I looked at the time on my receipt and then my watch and realized that it had been 25 minutes since I had ordered. I walked up to the counter and there was also another gentleman there that had been waiting for his food for over 20 minutes. I finally got one of the employees attention and asked if my food would be ready soon. He said that he hoped so. I waited another 10 minutes and then asked the employee again where my food was. He said that he didn't know and that he was just the cashier. After another 5 minutes I asked the cashier if I could talk to the manager. He went back and told the manager that I wanted to talk to him. The manager ignored the employee. I noticed that they were serving everyone in the drive thru but none of the people in the lobby. I had to ask 2 more times for the manager. When he finally talked to me I asked him where my food was. He said sorry and that they were behind. I asked for a refund, since my break was over by that time and he told me that he couldn't give me a refund. I asked why not and he told me that it would take too long. I asked what he meant by that. H said that there were no registers available. I looked over and said what about that one right there. He told me that I had to wait until the other people were done ordering and then he would give me a refund. I finally got a refund and...
Read moreThis location is always a huge disappointment. Today was no exception. After. Long drive back to Provo, we decided to give this location another try. After ordering, we were told there would be a big delay unless we changed our order, because they didn’t have enough made. When I asked for a refund, they tried to get us to substitute random things from the menu. It was clear their convenience was more important than good service. They seemed inconvenienced when I requested a refund and the “manager” who did it clearly wasn’t the manager… and screwed it up. He gave me a cash refund for my card purchase, and shorted me $7 (3.49 x two meals, plus extra tax), and I only noticed that as I looked at the receipt while I waited for our food. I had paid $9.49 per meal and they only refunded me $5.99 per meal, despite holding the receipt when processing the refund. When I realized, I had to go back up to the counter and another person did the refund, who actually seemed like he was probably the actual manager. He again gave me cash. I was out the difference in tax, but they all seemed so put out that I was pointing out their error.
Oh, and they got the orders wrong (was missing items and I had to go back up to the counter—and then they seemed clueless about what was missing, despite clearly being on the receipt).
And the fries were cold and stale in all the meals. Like, inedible and disgusting. Clearly not fresh.
