This is the worst service I have ever received anywhere! I traveled up to sandy to their store because I was told by a rep that they had 4 chairs that I needed for my house. Upon getting there, I am told that they have NONE. But the man at the register looked it up for me and told me he put four chairs on hold at the Provo location. He told me they could wrap the chairs to prevent damage and would take care of me. So I travel down to Utah county to pick up my chairs and when I tell them I am here, the greet me with “oh you’re already here” as if it was wrong that it took me an hour to get there. confused, I asked if they had the chairs right now and the girl said “yeah” and walked away. A man walked up and gave me my chairs in a cart and told me they would help me load it into my car because they could obviously see I have my 6 month old son with me. I turned to the girl at the register and said “hey before we load these could I get them wrapped? I don’t want to damage them” she looked at me with a sassy face and told me they don’t have any wrap. Right when she said that, I looked out the window and saw aother employee helping another customer load decor into her car while wrapping them. I told her that I was told they could be wrapped since my chairs were white and she just shrugged. Shrugged!! After an awkward silence, I just said to her “ok well I’m gonna pull my car up front” she said nothing and I went and grabbed my car. I got out and brought the chair to my back door of my car. A lady in front of me was being helped by two employees and I was assuming they would help me right after. But no. They barely helped the lady in front and then started giggling and laughing to each other as they walked inside and out of sight. I went inside to grab someone to help me because I had my baby in my arms, and no one was there at the register. At that point I was so frustrated that I set my baby down on the ground and began to place the chairs inside my small car. Unwrapped and without any help from any of the employees that I was previously told would help me with anything that I ever needed. This store obviously has employees that don’t care about customer service because I have never once had such poor service after being told that they would help me. The girl that I spoke to at the register seems like she could care less about my situation or that I needed help. I will never shop at the store or...

After walking around the store and inspecting their products, from the furniture sets all the way down to the snickers bar I bought, there is no difference between this store and Ross, Dress for Less, except for the fact that it's triple the price. The only reason we were there is because my mom bought us a gift that we needed to return and therefore had $40 available to us only through a gift card. It literally looks like they went and bought a warehouse full of matching goods from different Rosses around Utah and then turned around to sell it for a profit. I mean their Burts Bees chapstick literally costs over $5, no where in my life have I seen that stuff cost over $3. And returning to the snickers bar comment, both after taking a bite and then letting my wife take a bite, without saying a word to her, she turned to me and said exactly what I was thinking, "wow... even the chocolate they sell sucks," as we could tell that it must've been sitting on a shelf for a relatively long time... kind of like some of the candy you buy from Ross... which only ever happens on...

Love this store have always been a fan but today when I was just in there I noticed one of the employees in particular was really rude after shouting at me for having my foot on a palette then scrubbing the palette where my apparently filthy foot had been after I apologized and walked away feeling a bit humiliated he then persisted to spend his entire time helping 1 costumer and ignore anyone else around him then when I picked the one object in the store that had no price tag and wouldn't ring up and had to hold up the line the amazingly awesome checker whom was the only one up there was trying to get help from someone to go find the price after about 10 minutes of 2 awesome helpful workers who were doing their darndest to help out the same guy comes over and starts shouting at the checker in front of everyone to just give us a lower price and get us out. I appreciate the 2 gentleman and the help and effort they made but the one guy just made today's visit really humiliating and to the point where I'm unsure if I...
