Thrifthood — Local services in Provo

While I’ve never been to the brick and mortar store, I do watch their whatnot shows and as much as I want to support, because I do think they have great pieces, the one host, I believe his name is Bridger, deters me every time. He comes off very arrogant and has made some racially offensive comments in more than one show that makes it hard to want to spend money with them. Again, this isn’t directed to any of the employees at the actual store as I cannot attest to ever being served there but I did feel the need to express my opinion as some potential customers may only be aware of what is seen on other platforms. The shows are a reflection of the store and the few I’ve watched haven’t made me eager to make a trip anytime soon. Quite honestly one of the most incredible stores I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing from. My experience with the owners all the way down to their employees has never been short of amazing. Not only have they created a personable experience from the moment you walk in the door, they have also built a community of people that love fashion/streetwear, so every person you meet is almost like another friend. When I first started shopping here mid to late 2019 I was just barely getting into streetwear and sneakers, so their knowledge and competitive pricing made this a one stop shop for anything I needed/wanted. WOWW! I have never had such a good experience with an online order, definitely have never had such a good experience with a vintage shop! My order was shipped in less than an hour-- I ordered on Saturday and received my crewneck on Monday (I live on the East Coast, nowhere close to Provo!). The item I ordered looks even better in person and is in great condition. Also, really good pricing, most items seemed to be within the $30-$50 range which is, in my experience, rare for such a well-curated vintage shop. Definitely will be a repeat customer and telling all my friends about Thrifthood-- super impressed.
