If there were an option for a NEGATIVE star rating, I would choose the lowest end of that scale. This place is a complete JOKE in regards to customer service. After dropping off a console for a SIMPLE repair on a Friday, we were told it would be ready for pick up the next day. Went in on a Sunday for pick up and ended up dealing with an employee (who we interrupted playing a video game) who didn't have any idea as to what was going on or what we were talking about. After he made a phone call to the person who took our console on Friday, he proceeded to walk back to their "repair room" where WE saw our console with the INCOMPLETE Diagnostic/Repair Inv. attached to the outside. Apparently, the issue of the jammed tray was resolved because it was now CLOSED, which is why we brought it in to them for repair in the first place. We had asked if it was fixed WHILE the empl. was STILL ON THE PHONE with the guy to took it from us on Fri., and he said "apparently Nate didn't realize it was Friday, I don't know why, when we accepted your console and we don't do repairs on the wkend." We said, "Apparently there was because the tray is now closed and it wasn't closing before which is what the PROBLEM was, how did you guys do that??" The employee made a "crushing closed" gesture with his hands and just shrugged, took it to the repair counter, open and closed the tray 5-7 times, tested it to be sure it read disks and said "Well I GUESS someone must have looked at it, but there's NO NOTES MADE ON THE Diagnostics/Rep. Inv." Not ONLY did they have us pay a $20 deposit to drop the console off for a Diagnosis that according to the empl. was "never done", he proceeded to charge us for a FULL repair that has no record of actually being done! After trying to explain why we didn't feel it was right to be charged for a job that wasn't done, TAXED for the Deposit AND TAXED AGAIN on the total amt. due, the empl. proceeded to say being that he was a "math major" his calculations were the correct and had to be paid.
