The UPS Store — Local services in Puyallup

Disorganized! I only use the service because I live next to a bus stop at a school and too many homeless search the streets in my area so it’s a security issue for me however, since they’ve moved next-door to their new location you no longer have a mailbox, they put it in file folders and I’ve been having trouble getting my UPS orders in a timely fashion on occasions,.In fact today I was notified an order was in and it was one that was received 15 days ago. This has happened on a number of occasions, I often wonder if the toddlers running the show here actually care about customer service or just a paycheck? I am so glad I am moving to Georgia, because it seems like Everything in Washington has gone to hell in a handbasket. Note: I did packing shipping for sensitive equipment and everything else imaginable for many years not once did I have a problem at the other end, and I can say this, watching these people pack things is unsettling to say the least, buyer beware. I do want to remind everybody these folks are not associated with UPS directly. This is the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to I showed up at 445 on a Saturday and they told me they were closed when they don’t close until 6p on Saturdays the workers at this store are just lazy and don’t want to do anything or be helpful at all. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them this is just the last straw so I decided to finally review them. I really hope corporate pays attention to reviews of this store. I’ve never had any kind of issues at any other stores. This location has time and time again closed before listed closing time opened later than normal listed opening time. I constantly get overcharged or get responses if I don’t know, to things as simple as asking if they had a product. I had a package delivered to the recipient with the box open and the contents missing. I came to this store to find information regarding the shipment and was told this is a franchise location and I needed to call a phone number to resolve my issues. I informed the employee that has not called and that this is the location I deal with when I drop my packages off and I’d rather deal with it here. She then asked me if I had pushed zero on the phone number when I called. Obviously I had not since I had told her Merr seconds before that I had not called.

I asked her where a corporate store was so I could talk to someone there. She gave me an address to a Hub center, which does me zero good.
