Nikki & Tom, the owners, are the kindest, nicest people. Tom was so professional and began with my 3D foot scan analysis. Based on those results, he was able to pull a few styles of shoes. I'm not accustomed to such attentive service as Tom slid the shoe on my foot and tied up the laces.

With time, we found the Topo shoe felt the best, and Tom recommended some socks which I tried on, and felt heavenly. The socks have a lifetime warranty, which is amazing!! They also have a warranty for the shoes, if you don't like them in the first 30 days.

I mentioned my daughter had a dislocated knee injury from swimming, and they helped me get a knee brace for her.

I ended up chatting with the owners once I had checked out, they are very sincere, down-to-earth people.

Tom and Nicki are absolutely amazing! My daughter brought me and my husband in to get shoes and they scanned our feet and my husband was in the completely wrong shoe before. We need slip resistant shoes for work and they were able to fit us and special order our Hoka Bondi SR shoes. We had to return them due to the leather being too tight, not their fault at all, but they went above and beyond figuring out how to special order the shoes that fit us just right, particularly my husband which needed extra extra wide shoes which are impossible to find elsewhere. My daughter and husband also have two of their superfeet dynamic low arch insoles which are great. They also got two of their oofas sport flex slides which feel amazingly soft and have arch support which they've never had in slides before but are now a necessity. We 100 % recomend Tom and Nicki’s Store and we can't thank them enough for all their effort in getting us and my daughter into the perfect fitting shoes, all while being so patient and lovely....

I had a great experience at Fleet Feet. I had not run in years but wanted to get started again. The foot analysis helped them suggest several shoes that matched my profile and I was able to test them out around the store. I have never owned a pair of Asics before but they were suggested because my feet are narrow and I love them. They hug my feet nicely and provide adequate support. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and interested in ensuring you leave with the right shoes. I also bought a pair of recovery slides which I was super skeptical of but they told me to try them out and they would make it right if I wasn’t happy. Let’s be honest, they are not fashionable or cute but my feet love them. I wear them around the house all day. They also sent me home with a free sock to try for my plantar fasciitis. It has done wonders for my foot. I will definitely come back when I’ve put enough miles on my shoes and need a new pair. Great...
