I know I've left positive reviews for this In and Out after many trips and many good experiences. They messed up the order and due to an allergy I had to return, no big deal. My fault for not checking even though they didn't read the order back to me. The issue was that I went back, with no shoes, thinking I could just re order through the drive thru. The same employee that took my order incorrectly wanted nothing to do with it and told me to go inside. In a line of 30 people I didn't want to be "that guy" so I waited. For awhile until another customer in line told me to go ahead. It still wasn't that big of a deal but I brought the receipt and unwanted allergy burger. I requested a new fry since my fries were cold after a 30 minute round trip and waiting on line. They treated it like a new order and gave me the total for both. When I asked if I could at least get the burger that I ordered it took 3 employees to at least mark down the burger and charge me for the fries. No apology, no I'm sorry, no what can we do to make this right. Just business as usual, not the In and Out I'm used to. The fall of another great empire. Even though this In and out is by my gym and not too far from where I live, this experience will help me cut fast food out of my diet so Thank you for a bad...
Read moreI just went thru drive-thru and ordered and an extra extra well done-burnt cheeseburger. I can never stress that to much! When I got it at the window, I asked if that was the well done one(because it didn't look well done), she said yes. I went and parked at looked at it, ughh. Not even cooked, as it was still a bit pinkish. I took it in to the very kind order taker and explained what happened (half the time I just end up throwing them away when they are not done enough for me). He told the cooks and after about 8 mins (I would wait 20 if that is what it takes) I got my cheeseburger. I told him thank you very much. I got to my car and took a bite. Is this a joke? It was less done than the previous one but the bun was burnt. I threw it away and decided I just can't get a well done burger out. I am bummed! I have gotten them well done a couple times which prompted me to write the review below previously.
I order my cheeseburger extra, extra well done, and the In and Out in Queen Creek does a great job doing just that. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered my burger well done and it is like they never even heard me! Then I end up throwing it away and don't go back. I haven't ordered a burger at Carl's Jr in years because I could never get it well done. Thank you...

Quick assembly line of workers ensures you get your order within mere minutes (whether dine in or drive thru) and you get to see the entire process, so the transparency here is key compared to other fast food establishments. I like to know exactly how the quality of my food is and if the workers are following health safety guidelines.
Dining on a budget? You can get a burger a la carte for just a few dollars, or grab a full meal for less than 10. The menu, simple and easy to read (but don't forget about the SECRET MENU) so you know what you want, and you can order it fast and efficiently and go on with your day. No 50 different commands you have to give the cashier just to get your meal.
Drive-thru? Quick. If they have long lines, they send out a small crew with info pads to take your order and get the line moving post haste. Got kids? They got stickers. Got no time to sit inside, but don't quite want to drive all the home to eat? Ask for a red bucket container tray and eat in the car, then just deposit that tray on top of a trash can with the container receptacle (or ask for a paper tray, throw it all away, no mess at all)
They do fast food right. Like the bag says, quality you can...
