Going in order of the events as they took place. While behind the person being served at the take out window I noticed bees swarming around between the customer's vehicle and the inside of store takeout window. About a dozen of them and they seem to have their home in the metal rafters above. Next, girl hands me tablet for a signature after I paid with card. I was confused and realized it was for a tip?!? A tip for what? It's a drive through window. Last I checked it wasn't delivered to me miles away. I also was not dining in and requiring a waitress/waiter. Terrible. Oh the device they hand you is filthy, sticky, just disturbing. Then the girl hands me the "hot" coffee. It was barely lukewarm and the taste was very average (caramel mocha). Finally, the young brunette girl working the drive through window was snappy with me when I asked for a straw and never said "have a nice day" or anything of the sort. Horrible first impression on so many levels. Get a beekeeper, pay your workers so they don't have to beg for tips and teach them proper ways of greeting and closing, hot coffee should be hot and the coffee needs work if you want to aim for something higher...

I took my wife who loves coffee to try this place. Figured we could go through the drive through to give it a shot. Our order was taken, no issues, but when it came time to pay the guy at the window really pushed it on us to "answer a few questions" on the iPad which was an obvious ploy to get us to tip". I paid with a debit card, so a signature shouldn't have been required, but obviously this is how they get attention to swing a tip. Needless to say, I did NOT tip. This is really unprofessional and I decided to write a review in hopes someone can stop these younger people to try to get tips for simply doing their job of which they already get paid to do. If he had served our table, or we had sat inside and he was providing us a service of more than handing us a coffee, maybe there would be more room for consideration on tipping. There was nothing special or tip worthy of handing us a coffee someone else made nor any experience we had other than getting our order. This needs to stop and treating your customers like this, regrettably will not have us coming back. Coffee was good, guy at the window was just too pushy for a tip he...

I think its time for me to face the fact that this place will never get it together. The inconsistency is astonishing. If I order a specific size, it's anyone's guess what size I'll actually get. Sometimes a large is 16 oz, sometimes it's 20 oz, sometimes it's 24 oz. A medium might be 12 oz or could be 16 oz.

It's now to the point that it's about a 50/50 chance that the drink will even be palatable. Is there not a standard amount of ingredients per drink? Sometimes it's so sweet I have to dump it down the drain and sometimes I can't even tell there's sweetener in it, same drink! My husband and I both stayed home from work, tried to go get a morning treat, and neither one of us could even consume what we bought. Which, of course, you don't know until you drive away. BEYOND frustrating.

Starbucks is gross but at least it's consistently gross. Trainers need to either spend more time with new employees or stop hiring people that can't figure it out. It's coffee, not...

On November 29th, I purchased a smoothie from Black Rock. However, I had a highly distressing experience with the drink. I found white plastic in my cup, which I had mistaken for ice. I have experienced dental issues in the past, and this incident led to my tooth cracking again. After finding more plastic in my drink, I attempted to reach out to the store by phone, but no one was available. I immediately sent an email and even visited another Black Rock location to report the issue. However, when I visited the store where I made the purchase, they were unwilling to provide me with a contact number for a manager or HR representative. Instead, they instructed me to send an email. Despite my efforts, I have not heard back from Black Rock. The experience was unacceptable, and I am deeply concerned about how plastic could have made its way into my drink. I expect a prompt response and resolution to this issue.

This is not a bagel. Been going here for years without problems. Always get coffee with a plain, toasted bagel with cream cheese. They were always delicious with an awesome whipped cream cheese. I found myself going more than usual because I found them so good. Today I found out the hard way that they changed to some other company for bagels (when I went back to tell them they got my order wrong they informed me). This is not a bagel, it's a round dinner bread roll. It's not dense like a bagel, it's light and airy and tastes like bread. The cream cheese is now basically sour cream. The coffee is still good but I'm very disappointed in the "bread roll". Won't be going as much now.

Black Rock has finally made it to Queen Creek! I know a ton of people that are super Siked for this location opening. Black Rock coffee is one of the best chains around for beverages and sweets! I think it is better than Starbucks!! Yes I said it! No hard feeling if that’s your place! The people are awesome as usual. The blueberry muffins are tasty. The furniture is similar to other locations, a mix of wood and industrial metal. Go check them out and let them know we sent you. Don’t drink coffee don’t worry they offer all sorts of good things.
