Going in order of the events as they took place. While behind the person being served at the take out window I noticed bees swarming around between the customer's vehicle and the inside of store takeout window. About a dozen of them and they seem to have their home in the metal rafters above. Next, girl hands me tablet for a signature after I paid with card. I was confused and realized it was for a tip?!? A tip for what? It's a drive through window. Last I checked it wasn't delivered to me miles away. I also was not dining in and requiring a waitress/waiter. Terrible. Oh the device they hand you is filthy, sticky, just disturbing. Then the girl hands me the "hot" coffee. It was barely lukewarm and the taste was very average (caramel mocha). Finally, the young brunette girl working the drive through window was snappy with me when I asked for a straw and never said "have a nice day" or anything of the sort. Horrible first impression on so many levels. Get a beekeeper, pay your workers so they don't have to beg for tips and teach them proper ways of greeting and closing, hot coffee should be hot and the coffee needs work if you want to aim for something higher...
Read moreI took my wife who loves coffee to try this place. Figured we could go through the drive through to give it a shot. Our order was taken, no issues, but when it came time to pay the guy at the window really pushed it on us to "answer a few questions" on the iPad which was an obvious ploy to get us to tip". I paid with a debit card, so a signature shouldn't have been required, but obviously this is how they get attention to swing a tip. Needless to say, I did NOT tip. This is really unprofessional and I decided to write a review in hopes someone can stop these younger people to try to get tips for simply doing their job of which they already get paid to do. If he had served our table, or we had sat inside and he was providing us a service of more than handing us a coffee, maybe there would be more room for consideration on tipping. There was nothing special or tip worthy of handing us a coffee someone else made nor any experience we had other than getting our order. This needs to stop and treating your customers like this, regrettably will not have us coming back. Coffee was good, guy at the window was just too pushy for a tip he...
Read moreI think its time for me to face the fact that this place will never get it together. The inconsistency is astonishing. If I order a specific size, it's anyone's guess what size I'll actually get. Sometimes a large is 16 oz, sometimes it's 20 oz, sometimes it's 24 oz. A medium might be 12 oz or could be 16 oz.
It's now to the point that it's about a 50/50 chance that the drink will even be palatable. Is there not a standard amount of ingredients per drink? Sometimes it's so sweet I have to dump it down the drain and sometimes I can't even tell there's sweetener in it, same drink! My husband and I both stayed home from work, tried to go get a morning treat, and neither one of us could even consume what we bought. Which, of course, you don't know until you drive away. BEYOND frustrating.
Starbucks is gross but at least it's consistently gross. Trainers need to either spend more time with new employees or stop hiring people that can't figure it out. It's coffee, not...
