Hobby Lobby — Local services in Queen Creek

There are some very rude employees at this store that should not be working here or for matter of fact anything related that has to do with customer service. I dealt with a very rude lady at the register name Sandra today. I purchased a small home decor wall art that was only for $12.99. I told her it was 50% off. She said no it wasn’t so I showed her a picture of the sign where it said 50% off. She called one of the managers and showed the manager the picture. Manager looked semi shocked seeing that that sign was still up (I’m assuming it wasn’t suppose to be), and honored the 50%. While Sandra was finishing ringing me up, the manager came back and said they couldn’t find that sign. I showed them the picture again and showed them it was taken today while I was at the store. Sandra, takes my phone, makes the picture bigger, and had the audacity to tell me (with attitude) that the fine print says the sale was good for until Feb.15th (today is Feb.19th) and that I should be reading the fine prints better for every sale - ummm…what? I was shocked that she said this to me. It is not my fault nor my responsibility to make sure that every sign is taken down when it’s suppose to. Last time I remembered, I don’t work for Hobby Lobby.

This is my new HOME...walked in, was cheerfully greeted by LAURIE, the Manager, who couldn't have been kinder, or more helpful!! She's like the store's MOM...navigating through lines at the registers, calling more cashiers, unboxing stock in the floral department ( I was browsing there, and overheard her chatting with an employee) she is a one-woman show!! The store is immaculate, prices and discounts clearly visible, staff extremely friendly and helpful, bathrooms CLEAN, music delightful, and for once not too loud to think...and this was a Friday!! As I checked out, the sweet cashier and I were chatting, and I told her how impressed I was with the store, and how I wished I'd had a boss that enjoyed her position, and made it a happy place to work...she said that it truly IS, and that she treats them with kind respect. This Hobby Lobby has found the secret to making a store DELIGHTFUL...happy Manager, well-treated employees, decor galore, and CARING about customers!! Again, I say,...

Today was my very first time going in there with my mom at the very nice store. It was a very clean only disadvantage there was like no numbers no aisle within the aisle so if you didn’t know where you’re going, you can had a walk around in and I think that’s a little too much but you guys are cheaper than Joanne a little cheaper than Michael’s but not by much just want to tell you my opinion but otherwise I prove it but like the store was easy to get in and out it was in a very long wait cashews it was really good I had a good experience.
