Horrible customer service experience today. I waited with my two year old in line for quite some time. Once it was our turn the register they opened was not functioning correctly. The lady called the supervisor who said she had to reset it and told the clerk something and the clerk left to help someone else. They took the things I was going to purchase, didn’t tell me where to go…I stood there waiting as people in line behind me kept getting assistance. I asked “where are the things I would like to purchase?”. Everyone there just looked at me with a blank stare as they continued taking more customers in line behind me. I love love this store and why because it is reasonably priced nothing in this store is overpriced and with this inflation that is a good thing to note. Also there are some unique items in the store in the cosmetic and jewelry line that are also very reasonable. I never walk out empty-handed and never feel I overpaid.
