At check out, buying $150 worth of cloths, a simple $15 shirt rang up as a wrong color. No biggie. The cashier stopped the transaction to fix, Understandable. What’s not okay is waiting 15 minutes for a manager named “Earlene” not to come and assist the very nice cashier only to let the cashier know it’s going to be ANOTHER 5 minutes. No explanation or solution provided to the team member as a manager should do. She left her all alone in an awkward situation. Very poor example of leadership and short sighted business model to lose part of a Transaction and now, a not so satisfied customer over a simple override and fix. Hope this can get rectified.
P.S. After asking for the managers first and last name, for the team not to know the managers last name after being asked is also a little embarrassing in my eyes or if they were afraid to give it seems they are reluctant to own up...

If you’re a person of color, they will make you like a criminal and follow you around the store when you have done nothing wrong. They make you show I’d to use rewards phone number and will refuse to let you use it otherwise…they will make you log into all your Nordstrom apps to prove you’re a legit member to use the notes on your card and still deny you the ability to use them. I gave up and told them not to worry about the notes, and they still denied me the ability to make a purchase with my text me my card feature. The only reason they let me use my Nordstrom card on my Apple Pay is because I threaten to file a complaint . Blatant discrimination!!!!...

The store employees showed no empathy. I will never shop at Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack ever again. My family and friends won’t be either because of how they handled this concern.The CEO did not do enough regarding this issue when I reported the incident.
