This review is solely for the Photo services department. I needed to get my passport reviewed, and I have terrible anxiety issues around having my photo taken... I rarely wear makeup, or get all dolled up.
After spending a lot of time trying to transform my plain Jane face into a decent looking professional lady, I went into this Walgreens and asked the man at the photo services department for a passport photo.
Alexander was quite rude and very unfriendly. I explain how nervous I was, and how it was really important to me to have a nice professionally looking photo.
He slammed down a white background screen on a roller, got out a old camera. snapped one picture, and told me to wait for a few minutes.
I asked to see the picture, and he said it looked fine.
10 minutes later, while still waiting, he came and basically threw the envelope at me... the picture was a disaster - one of my eyes is slightly closed, my hair is in my face, and I look just as nervous and uncomfortable as I felt.
I asked Alexander if I could take the photo again, and he said yes, you'll have to come back a little later, when we're not so busy ( the store seemed void of customers however).
When I went to check out I was shocked that I just spent $18 on a complete waste of my time, my effort, my energy, my anxiety and my patience.

She's astoundingly dim, has less than zero empathy/customer service skills and seems to go out of her way to make every interaction problematic. She has NO problem solving abilities – not even for the tiniest of issues. Sadly, she's usually at the counter – I can only guess this is because she can't be trusted to fill an order correctly.
Because of this one employee, though it's more expensive, I...
