“No photos inside” It looks like I cannot rate no stars to write a review. I would have rated and written good about this store to encourage new business and new opportunities. Overall experience was reasonably OK. We did not find some of the basic items like large onion bag, rice pack of choice, wheat flour of choice etc.. but given that they offer reasonable easy to eat food as well as regular groceries was promising.

Some of the food court menu items we tried are again not much to talk about. Veg Manchurian type some fish was as if nothing but cabbage and corn flour, chicken biryani overloaded with Garam masala, more bones than chicken to name a few.

my feel good mood was completely washed off by some store fellow because I took photos inside to share my experience on the google maps. Even after explaining my purpose this fellow was adamant. I do not care nor benefit when I put my comments for any place I visit. I did not hesitate deleting all the photos.

This was a very unexpected non-customer-friendly attitude, very rarely seen in this part of the world, made me delete all photos. Even temples do not ask you not to take photos inside, which is fairly common in many temples back home.

Avoid this store. Reasons: They are overpriced Prices are not declared on the products, you get to know them after the billing Their produce is spoiled and they refuse to take any responsibility for it.

Attached is a picture of their spoiled coconut which was discovered at home, brought to the attention of the shopkeeper. He refused a return, replacement, or compensation. Prefer South Shore Desi Market due to these poor intentions and attitudes of India Mart.

Edit: completely false justifications and libel from the store if the customer has a poor view of their store. There was no argument, the store refused responsibility for spoiled fresh produce, especially coconuts and frozen foods. Now they are bringing the 20 day rule. We came back within 22 days, so if they were not mal-intended, they could have processed the refund without blaming the customer with one inane reason after another. Rotten produce is a common complaint from many others for their store and this rotten attitude is also not helpful. Refrain from sharing any personal information with them. It is more like any other Indian stores that you can find around, but the restaurant... They jus have a fancy name, but no respect for the customers! They treat you as if you are not paying for what you are getting, but going there begging for food!! I had this worse experience as I planned to stop by around 2 in the afternoon and check if there is any food available. I had no idea that the food counter is not open until 4. The guy in the food counter said the food is not ready yet. But the cook, by assuming that I wouldn't understand his language started swearing really bad. He was telling the counter guy "people come begging for food as if they are starving for ages, why don't you jus tell them it is not available until 4?" in a very rude manner as I walked out.
