Schoolhouse Pizza — Restaurant in Quincy

I have ordered and had food delivered from here a handful of times. The other 3-4 orders there was nothing to really mention. Pretty good pizza, really good garlic knots, delivery was on time and reasonable. I just ordered from here tonight and am extremely disappointed on several factors- order was not taken correctly even though he read me back exactly what I asked for. At the end of placing the order he told me it was going to be an hour long for delivery. If it's going to be more than the average 30-45 min MAX waiting time, the restaurant should tell you that before you place your order. We then waited 90 minutes for our food. At an hour and 25 min I called just to make sure they got the correct address. When the food finally came it was obviously cold and really poorly executed, along with being incorrect. I'm posting a picture of my chicken stir fry wrap that is covered in oil, so much so that the wrap is clearly shiny and my insides feel covered in grease. My spicy fries were not spicy at all and also very stale and small. You could tell they were probably cooked at around noon today and left in a tray until I ordered them. Horrible Horrible Horrible my experience there was terrible. I ordered a spicy chicken sub when it came out they put it on a plate to eat sit in, I asked to have it to go. The server grabbed my sandwich bare hands to wrap it up I told him to make another because he didn't have on gloves and holding my food. He told the cook to scrape the chicken off the bread and give me a new bread. Bad sign already. Then I get the sandwich go to my car to eat and realized there's green peppers and no jalapeño or not enough to taste it. I walk back to the restaurant to ask the gentleman for jalapeño. He gets super angry and tells me to get the sandwich and show him it doesn't have peppers. First they have dirty practices if you don't pay attention. Next the customer service is the worst. We were in a screaming match over what I ordered and paid for, never again. Don't go to this place especially if the short chubby guy is there not worth the aggravation. I had a not great experience here many years ago but have since gone back to try it again. I have even deleted my review from years ago because I don't think it's a good description of the place currently. More recently, I think the food is still great- probably one of the best sub places in Quincy, I have tried a few of them and they are all quality subs- eggplant Parm, chicken Parm, steak and cheese, BLT, and Italian are all excellent. You can now order online which is a bonus. If you place an order for delivery, timing can be inconsistent - be prepared to wait a long time , although it's not always the case. It's much better to pick it up yourself. Prices are very reasonable for high quality sandwiches. I recommend this place especially if...
