I went in and inquired as to why my LED lights made noise and asked what would help lessen the buzz and was told by the lighting associates "we are not electricians."

True, the lighting sales people do not do any of the wiring. BUT they should know about the products they sell. And be able to help come to a solution. Otherwise they are order takers. I can go online for that!

When I went back to return the product they suggested, I was told the $100 dimmer was not returnable because it was "used". Yet, the person still gets to keep the sales credit for a product that they suggest would lessen the loud buzz.
