In response to the David Skinner review:

While it is true that you were quoted $285 labor and charged $335 labor, you left out why. The original price you were quoted included the installation of a license plate mounted camera and when you brought your truck in, you brought a tailgate handle mounted camera that required us to remove your tailgate, take it apart, and put it back together. You also brought a USB charging port that you wanted installed behind the dash and a mirror link cable that you wanted installed in the center console. More work = a higher labor charge. As for the $139 you paid for a TYTO-01, I’m sorry that we were unable to match the prices on Amazon. As I recall, you purchased an AX-ADTY01 harness from Amazon, but failed to purchase the AX-ADBOX1 that you needed to make it work which is why you purchased the TYTO-01 from us. I’m also sorry that you weren’t happy with the services we provided and wish you would have expressed your displeasure with it at the time so it could have been resolved. If you are having problems with the work we did or any of the products you purchased, please bring it back in so we can find a solution. Only giving 1 star because I have to. We purchased a stereo attempted to install decided we wanted a professional to do it. Went to Prime Time. We asked would it be better to use touchscreen stereo we have or purchase a new one from you. He told us he could make ours work. Called told us our modular doesn’t work but he has one that will work. Went to pick up was told it doesn’t need a modular at all. Stereo continually faded, went in and asked for suggestions and for it to be fixed. He refused to look or help. He said whoever tried installing prior broke it, well if that was the case than why did you take our money and install it when we clearly said we wanted to do what you thought was best. We wanted the job done right even if it meant buying, spending more on a new stereo. Since receiving zero help we went to a certified dealer and found out many parts were missing behind the stereo that PrimeTime apparently left out. Thankfully the new place did a great job, they were happy to have our business and told us if we have any problems to just come by. Extremely HIGH pricing on both parts and installation service. $139.00 for a TYTO-01 wiring harness which runs $50 from amazon or any other retailer. Hourly rate is over $100/hr for installing a car stereo if you provide the stereo. Was quoted one price and told another when I came to pick it up. New speakers and security system will be installed by another local business and I've got one more vehicle to upgrade. Was quoted $285 on an install and charged $485 when I came to pick it up. Would not recommend. Unfriendly service and noncompetitive prices.
