I used to always get smoothies here. they were always great. the workers were not the friendliest but that’s okay. i’m lactose intolerant so I always got vegan protein in my strawberry extreme because it isn’t milk derived. they had to have put one of the whey proteins in the smoothie that time because I got the worst stomach ache which had never happened the other times i got that smoothie. it felt the same way that it did when i’ve had whey protein when I was younger. it didn’t seem to taste different from the other times but it was not pleasant for my tummy. I didn’t feel the need to tell them I was lactose intolerant because 1. they should put the right stuff in my smoothie and 2. they hadn’t messed up before. if they were out then they should have asked or something because if I had a milk allergy or something this would have been terrible. if you are lactose intolerant please be...

I loved coming every morning every day of the week to get my Peanut Power Plus -Strawberry; however, not lately. The smoothie has been wrong multiple times and never taste the same anymore. I am beyond disappointed in this store. I pay $10 Everytime I go through, and lately was paying $12.50 for add ONS that are not added correctly, whether it be missing one or the ratio of table spoons/ounces added. I usually come to this location three times a week. The orders are usually correct, sometimes they blatantly forget to add the add-ons. I would recommend not ordering those if concerned about getting your money's worth. Staff is usually good; new team member with the braids could be better trained on phone etiquette. The past four times I have dealt with her she has had a horrible attitude over the drive-thru intercom; pleasant as can be at the window.
