Rent One — Local services in Quincy

I am buying a refrigerator from them when it stopped working. When I called the lady said she couldn't do anything since she didn't have a replacement fridge. The next day they were able to get me a fridge from a person who defaulted on payments. The fridge was loud, but it worked. About a month after I called to find out any news on my fridge, she was short and impatient saying it was still in service and hung up. A week later the compressor on the replacement fridge and I called back. Same lady said we still don't have any fridges, I don't know what to tell you, I'll call you back. I waited 2 days for a call back before I called them again. This time it was a guy who answered the phone. I explained the situation and he said we dont have any fridges in stock and both managers were on the phone. I can have them call you back, I told him I have been waiting for a call back for 3 days, he said I'll make sure they will call you back. Now here it is almost a week later, still no call and I still don't have a fridge, but they didn't waste any time getting...

Awful experience, there website doesn't tell you that you have to wait weeks to get the stuff after you pay money and also that the picture isn't what your getting, for instance the bunk bed with drawers doesn't really have drawers. The item i originally wanted they had no idea when they'd get in because it was part of the Ashley furniture line, so i had to pick a completely different set and i wouldn't of known any of that til i called. Also they book you out another week or more to deliver it and it was supposed to be delivered today between 1-2 and no one called to tell me they weren't delivering cuz of "the weather." Wouldn't of known that til i called yet again. Then was told we tried to call you and tell you, no you didn't and now it isn't coming til Monday.. If people didn't need their furntiture soon as possible they wouldn't use a rental service they'd buy it outright. Im totally not happy and im thinking about saying forget it and using another rental service....

I wanna tell y'all .there are none better .than your Quincy store .I'm yelling you they have gone above n beyond what they should .and I'm telling y'all ..if you want great place to get what you need // want. This is the store to go to ... I had issues with a washer I am purchasing .and. They took it away and brought me a new one to use .. and they are always friendly. . In today's hectic world. We need more understanding and pleasant person's to do business with. And these men and women in this Quincy Illinois store are just that .... If u want honesty .fair prices and flexible too. .they work with you .to help you keep your items.
