I Never leave reviews but man these boys deserve it.. I cannot believe the exceptional service I received with this company. Stayed late to make sure I got my phone, tried to transfer all my apps and contacts for what seems like forever before referring me to my cell phone carrier company (which they called and made sure I could get in and seen right away), went to US cellular to deliver the phone case I left behind, and texted me the next day to complete services. They have been beyond fabulous for me. I went in for a broken screen not knowing the actual damage to my phone.. they didn't change the price or anything when they found out my phone was done for. Highly recommend them. Polite. Helpful. And A+ service. I'll never go anywhere else to fix a phone and I recommend you...

7/10/24 I would like to preference that the customer service is still outstanding. Since coming in I have had callers complain being unable to hear me. I hope no other customers get phone damage, employee used a lot of “air” when cleaning my phone (probably to save time) and am now having this issue. Assuming he damaged, maybe gunk has just jammed in rather than blown out. Small price to pay, just figured customers should be aware of possible damages when getting phone speakers cleaned. My issue before getting cleaned was I could not hear people so this is better issue but probably not coincidence this issue presenting only a few days...

My android got ran over by a truck and smashed it to the point of no return. When my new one arrived through insurance, I took it to US cellular to have my info retrieved and put on my new one because it still actually worked but absolutely no screen so I was powerless. US cellular said they couldn't do it so we took it to drop doctor and he had it fully transfered in minutes! I lost NOTHING from my old phone. Perfect! Highly recommended and...
