Bestway Rent To Own — Local services in Radcliff

I don’t usually leave reviews but I am fed up with this place. My husband and I have been customers about 2 years now. We needed furniture and washer and dryer upon me being stationed at Fort Knox, and we were able to get a couch and loveseat, and washer and dryer. Great price and nice stuff.. We paid those 2 account off after about a year and were pushed into opening 2 new accounts which we did. We paid those off in December to get rid of that bill but every single time we went in or even made a phone call to them we were constantly being bothered by them being so pushy (mainly Jerry) he’s a nice guy and I understand he’s a “sales man” but you can’t be pushy like that. After paying off the last 2 accounts in December, we went in person and everything was paid in full but Bestway decided to charge my card 3 different times for a total of $113. I called to see why and of course Jerry got on the phone and made an excuse for the money being taken out and said he’d refund and he did but only $96. He then started to push me into opening another account with him and tried to win me over with “deals”. I’m done with Bestway. I don’t care that I lost $17. This place will rip you off and take your money, they have lost me as a customer...

Probably the worst staff on the face of the earth. They all need serious customer service training...Get this (and i cant make it up) I'm getting push back for having an account I pay early on weekly PLUS calling and asking valid questions (without using bad language) about account...instead of hearing me out and coming up with solutions NIKO the large heavyset man with glasses hangs up on me because he gets nervous and cant communicate. I call back. Doesn't speak. I get on the phone with the female she's passive aggressive. I ask for an apology from niko. She tells me no even tho they are in the wrong and I've paid them. and she starts berating me and claiming I get no respect for being younger then her? Lady what? She then hangs up. I mean how insane is it that you pay early..pay on time and still get disrespected. Im not even worried. People like this meet their match eventually its called Karma so I'd be careful talking any kind of way to people. (BEWARE) This place are crooks they been charging people 200 dollar plus what you tell them to run card for. For example we owe 35 dollars they took everything in our account. We confront them they say it was not us so we showed them where it say bestway while us out. FINALLY one of the employees admitted this happen to other customers. So we called Jerry always has excuse he have even the nerve to say he wasnt there he dont do that department. We said you the manager you supposed to manage. This guy dont nothing but lie nonstop everything out of his mouth is lie. We really had problems with this store bad over the last 2 years.
