Follow-up - My new phone came in and Andy took good care of me and got everything setup. It did take some time to complete the setup so be sure to give yourself about an hour or so. If there are a lot of customers in the store, this could take awhile.
So far, so good. Came in at my appointment time (was told they don't do appointments - Verizon website says otherwise) and got all my questions answered and ordered a new phone. However, there was only one rep on duty and she was helping another customer, who I believe walked in just prior to me, so am unsure if they were a walk-in or not
After I still wasn't helped after waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment I left and went to Xfinity, where I was helped immediately and without an appointment.
