Every Valentines Day I purchased flowers to be delivered to my fiancé at her work, location varies due to being a member of a mobile medical team, but knew where she would be today, so I picked out an arrangement to be delivered over a month ago. At 9:30 am, she was informed of some last minute changes and needing to travel to one of the alternate healthcare clinics she would not get to enjoy surprise V-Day flowers! I had no doubt I was doomed, getting flowers arranged and delivered on the busiest day of the year when it was already 10:00 am. As I started calling floral shops, as expected making contact with the shops were unsuccessful, until I called Helen’s. Explaining my situation, I was quickly put at ease with the assurance that they could make it happen and my V-Day dilemma was resolved.

Knowing my fiancé prefers flowers over roses, choosing a floral arrangement versus a dozen roses requires a little more time, it requires selection of various colors, etc. That was time I did not have, that too was a challenge that Helen’s resolved. As I shared what flowers, colors, and floral accents my fiancé loves, I was again told it would be added to the arrangement.

As it was going on 11:00 am, Helen’s guaranteed that this custom arrangement would be created with the little info I provided, a picture would be sent before being put on the truck, for me to what would be received, and delivered before 2:00 pm. On Valentines Day…

I received a message from my fiancé shortly after noon to tell me I was the most amazing man, and all the other gratifying affirmations when we as men are not in the doghouse.

Hands down no comparison if you want quality, attention to detail, and on a budget for special moments in life be it a prom, an anniversary, or any event needing that delicate touch. The Smith Family will be forever loyal to this business from our 1st transaction. It was the busiest time of year with 5 high schools having prom at the same time and you guys just nailed it in our experience. Not only much cheaper than E'town but it was like having a family member taking care of all the little details and looking at different options and asking us to bring in the outfits and showing us samples and allowing us to process and be selective and probably a little bit annoying that makes this place stand out! I literally can't thank Helen's Flowers enough for my wedding day. They were absolutely beautiful and they went above and beyond. For everything that we got it was such a good price as well. She delivered them on the day of the wedding with no problems at all. Set up our wedding arbor and all of our center pieces so that WE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO IT!
